These terms set out how we do business at Den of Funk. By ordering from us, you agree to the following:

1. Products
We make small-batch, handmade products. This means colours or scents may vary slightly between batches. Our candles and melts are designed for personal use only.

2. Ordering
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if necessary (e.g., due to stock errors or safety concerns).

3. Payment
All prices are in GBP. Payment is taken securely at checkout via PayPal or bank transfer.

4. Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We aim to dispatch orders within [2–5 business days] and will notify you if delays occur.

5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we only offer refunds for damaged or faulty items. Please email us with photos within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns for items you’ve opened or used unless faulty.
